By installing or using TokoMask you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the wallet.
2. Self-Custody Responsibility
TokoMask is non-custodial. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your recovery phrase and password. Lost recovery phrases cannot be recovered by anyone, including us.
3. No Financial Advice
TokoMask provides software tools only. Nothing in the product constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are responsible for your own decisions.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use TokoMask for unlawful activity, to infringe the rights of others, or to attempt to compromise the security or integrity of the software or other users.
5. Third-Party DApps
Interactions with third-party decentralized applications are at your own risk. We do not endorse or guarantee any DApp listed in the marketplace.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Blockchain transactions are irreversible and we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the wallet.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of TokoMask after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
